General Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors Masters of TCG

These terms and conditions apply to all exhibitors participating in the Masters of TCG, hereinafter referred to as “the organisation”.


1. Liability

• The organisation is not liable for loss, theft or damage of goods, cash or other property of exhibitors. Participation is entirely at one's own risk.

• The organisation is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from participation in the event.


2. Stand Setup and Sales Regulations

• Exhibitors are obliged to use at least a tablecloth on all tables within their stand.

• It is strictly forbidden to sell or display counterfeit items, such as fake Pokémon products or other trademark counterfeits.

• Upon discovery, the product will be removed immediately.

 

• In the event of repeated or serious violation, the exhibitor may be removed from the exhibition floor without refund, and participation in future editions may be refused.

Subletting of tables is prohibited.

• If it transpires that tables have been sublet without the permission of the organisation, access to future editions will be refused.

• Maximum of 2 sellers per table. Extra helpers cost €5.- per person and must be registered in advance.

• Products that have not been officially released may not be sold or shown.

• In case of violation, the exhibitor will be immediately removed from the exhibition floor without refund and further participation in future editions will be denied.

 

3. Food and Drinks

• It is forbidden to sell food or drinks at the fair, unless prior written permission has been obtained from the organisation.

• If permission is granted, additional conditions and levies may apply, such as levies to the venue or permit requirements.

• In the event of a violation without permission, a fine of €250.- will be imposed, regardless of whether the sale takes place on a small or large scale.


4. Waste and Tidiness

• Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their stand space tidy.

• If waste, boxes or rubbish are left behind after the event, an invoice of €150.- for cleaning costs will be charged.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of participation can only be made in writing.
The following refund policy applies:

• Up to 2 months before the event: 75% refund

• Up to 1 month before the event: 50% refund

• Up to 2 weeks before the event: 20% refund

• In the last 2 weeks before the event: no refund possible


6. Force Majeure/Cancellation of event

• If the event cannot take place due to force majeure (such as a pandemic, natural disaster or government measures), exhibitors will receive a maximum of 50% of the stand fee back.

• The organisation is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation or transport.


7. Conduct and Compliance

• Exhibitors must behave professionally and respectfully towards visitors, other exhibitors and the organising team.

• The organisation reserves the right to take immediate action in the event of misconduct or violations, including removal from the exhibition floor without refund.


8.Security and Payment

• Exhibitors themselves are responsible for checking payments.

• The organisation is not liable for counterfeit notes, fake money or fraudulent transactions.


9. General Provisions

• Assembly and disassembly times are determined by the organisation and must be strictly adhered to.

• Electricity and extra facilities are only available upon request and approval.

• Promotion outside the assigned stand space is only permitted after written permission from the organisation.


10. Final Provisions

• By registering and paying, the exhibitor declares agreement with these terms and conditions.

• In situations not provided for by these terms and conditions, the organisation decides.




General Terms and Conditions for visitors Masters of TCG

 

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all visitors of the Masters of TCG, organised by Masters of TCG hereinafter referred to as “the organisation”.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, the visitor declares agreement with these terms and conditions.


2. Tickets and Admission

• Purchased tickets are not exchangeable for another day and non-refundable, unless the organisation cancels the event.

• Tickets are personal and may not be resold without written permission from the organisation.

• In the event of misuse or fraud, the organisation reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.


3. Personal Data

• Private data of visitors is not stored, saved or shared with third parties, unless legally required.

• Information provided during ticket sales is used exclusively for access control and practical communication surrounding the event.


4. Liability

• Entering the event site is at one's own risk.

• The organisation is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal property.

• The organisation is not liable for injury or other damage, unless there is gross negligence or intent.


5. Conduct and Safety

• Visitors must follow instructions from the staff and security.

• Aggressive behaviour, discrimination, theft and vandalism lead to immediate removal from the site and possible reporting to the police.

• It is forbidden to bring prohibited substances, weapons or dangerous objects.


6. Exhibitors and Sales

• Exhibitors are themselves responsible for their merchandise and administration.

• The organisation is not responsible for disputes between visitors and exhibitors.


7. Photo and Video Material

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• Visitors give tacit permission for the use of such material, unless they indicate at the entrance that they object to this.


8. Changes

• The organisation reserves the right to change the programme, location or date if necessary (for example, in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances).

• In such cases, no claim can be made for a refund, unless otherwise determined by the organisation.


9. Final Provisions

• In cases not provided for by these general terms and conditions, the organisation decides.

• Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
